New Life Bali
REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT

New Life Bali is our primary real estate development vehicle — delivering residential villa projects, boutique hotel developments, and investor-led real estate across Bali and the wider Indonesian archipelago.
Over the past decade we have completed dozens of villa projects and several hotel developments across multiple Indonesian islands. Our work also includes government-commissioned infrastructure at scale: irrigation projects across Java and advisory involvement in the development of Indonesia’s new capital in Kalimantan.
New Life Bali is co-founded and operated together with Ewa Bereszko, who leads all operational structure, legal architecture, and investor relations.
Ewa’s role
Full operational and legal architecture of each project — from initial structure and land acquisition compliance through investor documentation, contractor agreements, permitting, and delivery oversight.

Far Horizon
EXPEDITION TOURISM

Far Horizon is a premium expedition tourism operation specialising in high-end, off-the-beaten-path travel experiences across Indonesia and the wider Asia-Pacific region.
Over fifteen years, Far Horizon has served thousands of clients — including many prominent figures in business, culture, and media. We have led more than thirty deep-field expeditions into remote Papua, including multiple extended stays with the Korowai people of New Guinea — one of the last communities on earth to have lived entirely outside the modern world.
In 2019 a documentary produced from this fieldwork won gold at international film festivals in Cannes, Barcelona, and Hamburg.
Ewa’s role
Operational structure, commercial agreements, compliance, and the business backbone that lets Adam focus entirely on the field.

HOSPITALITY DEVELOPMENT

We are currently developing a premium land acquisition and hospitality project in one of Southeast Asia’s last genuinely undiscovered destinations — combining structured property investment with world-class natural assets.
The project brings together fifteen years of on-the-ground Indonesia market knowledge, an established local network, and the operational and legal rigour of our development track record. It is designed for investors seeking both lifestyle appeal and investment-grade returns in a location where the window for early positioning is narrow.
