WHO I AM
Not a consultant. An operator.
I moved to Indonesia in 2010 and have been building businesses here ever since — across real estate development, expedition tourism, film production, and government infrastructure. Most foreign operators approach this market from the outside. I have been inside it for fifteen years.
That means real networks, real regulatory knowledge, and the kind of cultural intelligence that only comes from time on the ground. It also means I’ve made every mistake worth making — and know how to help others avoid them.
Before Indonesia I was a journalist and radio reporter across Asia. I published a book. I co-produced a documentary about the Korowai people of Papua that won gold at Cannes, Barcelona, and Hamburg. That background — learning to read complex environments fast — is exactly what navigating Indonesia demands.

I navigate and execute on the ground. Ewa ensures everything we build is correctly structured, legally sound, and investor-ready. Between us, we cover the two things that determine whether a foreign venture in Indonesia succeeds or fails.
